Which airport should I fly into?

We recommend flying into San Jose airport as it is closest to Aptos, but San Francisco and Oakland are other options.

How do I get to the venue?

As parking at the venue is limited, there will be shuttle service to transport guests to and from the venue. Please see the event details page for more information.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

All parts of the wedding and welcome party will be outdoors so please make sure to plan accordingly with footwear and warm clothes for later in the evening. There will also be outdoor heaters.

What should I wear to the welcome party?

The welcome party will be casual so feel free to wear jeans or dress it up more if you want! It will be outside (with heaters) so make sure to bring a jacket!

Are kids welcome?

Yes! Kids of all ages are welcome to join us, at both the welcome party and the wedding. Here is some information about the wedding venue accommodations to help with planning.

There is no official diaper-changing area at the venue but there are padded benches in the restrooms that can be used for that purpose.

While the venue requires that most guests take the shuttle due to limited parking at the venue, exceptions can be made for those with infants who would prefer to have their car onsite. Please reach out to Ellen or Brent for more details on this or any other questions!
